Doctors all over Australia are on the frontline as they combat coronavirus (COVID-19). In Western Australia, local hospitals are seeking doctors to join their team as casual staff. Below is a list of current opportunities:

Joondalup Health Campus is offering casual work for GP registrars. Gain medical and emergency hospital experience under the supervision of hospital consultations. All shifts will be short and after-hours, considering family needs. To know more, contact Dr Cassandra Host at hostc@ramsayhealth.com.au.

Rockingham Hospital is looking for GPs, GP registrars and junior doctors with availability to work at Murray District Hospital or Rockingham General Hospital. The current need is in the emergency medicine and general medicine teams. If you are interested in this opportunity, contact Helen Borrington at helen.borrington@health.wa.gov.au.

St John of God Midland is looking for GP registrars to join their casual resident medical officer and registrar pool for the hospital. As COVID-19 evolves, the pool of doctors will provide staffing support to the hospital.
