The Rural Essential Procedural Skills workshop is on in November
Prepare for rural general practice with us.
Are you completing your hospital year this year and starting a rural GP placement in 2019? The Rural Essential Procedural Skills (REPS) workshop is for you!
Join us on Saturday, 17 November 2018, at our Bentley office for this free, full day session of building skills in:
- airways, breathing and circulation
- ENT emergencies, medical emergencies splinting and immobilisations
- resuscitation in a rural, resource-poor environment
This is what participants from the May course had to say:
"A great workshop. It was well facilitated and it contextualised rural medicine in the GP setting very well."
"A brilliant course - the energy from all the presenters was amazing! The course was relevant, succinct and practical. I loved that the course gave me real practical advice for isolated and rare medical emergencies and a helpful structured approach for dealing with things alone in the country."
"All facilitators were excellent teachers and had the credentials and experience to back up what we were being taught - a pragmatic approach to emergencies in a resource poor setting."
To register for this incredible workshop, please email Katherine at firstname.lastname@example.org or call her on 9473 8200 by Tuesday, 23 October 2018.
