Do you liaise with hospitals in the East Metropolitan Health Service on a regular basis?

As a local GP, do you liaise with hospitals in the East Metropolitan Health Service on a regular basis?

The WA Primary Health Alliance (WAPHA) is seeking your feedback about your experience communicating with public hospitals in the East Metropolitan Health Service. These hospitals include Royal Perth Hospital, Bentley Health Service, Armadale Health Service, Kalamunda Hopistal and St John of God Midland Public Hospital. By providing your feedback, you will help WAPHA implement quality improvements to ensure hospitals communicate well with all community GPs.

Share your feedback via a 5 – 10 minute survey here. The survey allows you to be anonymous and your details will remain anonymous unless you provide contact details and request a response at the end of the survey. The survey will close at 5pm on Monday, 21 September 2020.

To discuss the survey, please contact the Royal Perth Bentley Group Clinical Safety and Quality Unit at RPH.CSQU@health.wa.gov.au or call Erin Corasaniti on 08 9224 3802.
