Seeking medical educators to join our Practice Experience Program team

Join the team and work with WAGPET.

WAGPET delivers the RACGP Practice Experience Program (PEP) in Western Australia.

Working closely with the WAGPET PEP team, the primary role of the medical educator is to provide assessment and mentoring support for a group of PEP participants that includes:

  • medical education mentoring and support
  • monitoring participant progress and performance throughout the duration of each term
  • assisting with developing and maintaining learning plans
  • longitudinal assessment and feedback, delivered in the workplace and designed to help the PEP participant improve their performance as a general practitioner and prepare for the fellowship exams.
