As part of our ongoing quality improvement WAGPET has incorporated SignNow into our forms process.
SignNow is an easy-to-use electronic system designed to make it easier and quicker for you to download, sign and return forms, contracts and other important documents. You are now able to open, fill, sign and return the document all in one go.
SignNow documents will be emailed to you by your program training advisor for your action, the process is simple, click here to download the User Guide for more information.
We've been testing the various forms internally for several weeks and we've received some very positive feedback. Therefore, we will be gradually transitioning a number of our forms and documents requiring a signature (including Training Service Deeds) over to SignNow in the coming months.

1. How secure is SignNow?
SignNow uses secure methods that ensure documents are actually safer than those stored on your computer.
2. Can I use my smart phone/android to reply?
Yes, you are able to use either, iOS, Android and/or the Web to complete documents sent to you.
3. Is there an app?
Yes, the SignNow app can be downloaded from both the Apple App store and Google Play store. However, you are not required to download the App to sign documents that are sent to you.
4. If I need help or have concerns using SignNow who do I contact?
If you have difficulty filling out your electronic form or any concerns with using the SignNow electronic signatory system please contact your PTA.
5. How do I know my completed form with my signature has been received?
An automatic email is generated once you have signed a document. A copy of your completed document is attached to the email for your records.
6. I can't find the form I need on the WAGPET website, does it not exist anymore?
Chances are, that form has been loaded onto SignNow and is no longer accessible via the WAGPET website. If you're unable to find a form on the WAGPET website, contact your PTA and they will send you the form via SignNow!
