Rural and Remote Retrieval Weekend 2019

The Rural and Remote Retrieval Weekend provides participants with the opportunity to learn about the management of medical emergencies in a remote environment with limitation in equipment, personnel and resources.

  • learn in a supportive environment that encourages relevant, practical and self-directed approach to learning
  • development of practical skills and professional abilities such as teaching, teamwork, leadership and dealing with stress and uncertainty
  • network with colleagues in a unique setting.

Rural Procedural Grant

This Active Learning Module (ALM) is eligible for a two-day emergency grant valued at $4,000.
