Contact tracing for COVID-19 and other infections: principles and practice - Hedland/Karratha

Come along to a session on contact tracing for COVID-19 and other infections at Hedland Health Campus (Conference Room) or Karratha Health Campus (Conference Room). You are welcome to attend in-person or via video-conference.

Presenters Ms Brenda Kamau, Prof Donna Mak and Dr Ben Scalley will help you:

  • understand the transmission and clinical features of COVID-19 and its public health management in Australia
  • understand the principles of contact tracing
  • understand how these principles are applied in the control of COVID-19 and syphilis.

Who should attend?

  • All doctors, nurses, allied health, aged care, prison health, health promotion, local government staff and anyone likely to be involved in the COVID-19 response
  • all student health workers.
