As a rural generalist, you need to be prepared for any emergency, however it presents itself. The Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) run a number of emergency courses for doctors, ensuring you have the necessary skills to deal with emergency situations confidently and competently.

The Advanced Life Support (ALS) workshop has been designed by expert emergency medicine instructors experienced in rural general practice. Topics are discussed in-depth and are specific to managing life-saving.
