ACRRM Rural Emergency Skills Training (REST)

The Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) will be running their next Rural Emergency Training Skills (REST) course in Perth in February. This two-day emergency medicine course covers many of the common emergencies in rural practice that are relevant to the pre-hospital, small rural hospital and private rural practice environment. Created by rural doctors, for rural doctors, REST provides you with the necessary skills and confidence required when dealing with emergency situations. With a hands-on approach to learning, REST does not just cover basic life support, but more advanced skills and techniques to assist with managing life-threatening injuries and multi-trauma events.

Venue: Pan Pacific Perth
Date: Saturday, 9 to Sunday 10 February
Time: 8.00am to 5.00pm (both days)
