Advance Care Planning in Primary Care - Bunbury


Decision Assist in partnership with Cancer Council WA is offering a free education session in Bunbury on 11 October, 2017 on advance care conversations for those working in primary care.

Learning areas include:

  • explaining the benefits of Advance Care Plans for people and their families
  • Incorporate advance care planning into routine care
  • access information regarding the legislative aspects of Advance Care Directives
